This luxurious French langoustine soup is made with langoustines and sea fish. This is blended with a base of vegetables, white wine, herbs, brandy and fine French cognac. Once heated our langoustine soup can be served simply or enhanced with a swirl of cream, a sprinkling of garlic croutons and a grating of strong cheese.
