We sell our whole queen scallops by the kilo. Whole shell scallops are perfect for customers who prefer to prepare their scallops themselves, and don’t mind a bit of extra work. They can also be cooked whole and with the skirt on which is preferred by many. Scallops tend to stay live for a maximum of 24 hours from the point of coming out of the water. We cannot guarantee that they will still be alive when reaching the customer as it takes time for the boat to reach land, package and transport the orders. Do not let this deter you as scallops stay very fresh on ice so will be a great quality when reaching you. 1kg – Approx 25-23
