Wild caught in UK waters and processed in Kirkcudbright. Serving in the half shell makes an impressive looking dinner. If you are hosting, then you are guaranteed to wow your guests with King or Queen Scallops in the half shell. They are best cooked by simply adding your sauce on to the scallop and grilling or popping them on a BBQ. They will take 2 minutes on a high heat to cook through. You will be left with the beautiful shells that can be reused for future dinners or repurposed as decorations.
