Belhaven Smokehouse source their salmon from RSPCA accredited farms in Orkney and Shetland. The wild coastal conditions provide the best strong tidal currents to rear salmon. The flesh is firmer with lower fat content. Smoked salmon is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. It goes well with eggs, avocado or in bagels with cream cheese. There are four flavours: Maple & Chilli, Lemon & Pepper, Honey & Whisky, and Treacle. Available in packs of 2 fillets or a full side.
