Seabass is a popular and versatile fish with a mild flavour and soft texture. We leave the skin on to help keep the large flakes of the frozen seabass fillet together during the cooking process. However, we ensure that it’s descaled and free from bones, so you have no preparation to do. Pan-fried, roasted or poached, the delicate flavour of seabass will bring an element of luxury to any meal. Our seabass fillets are between 120g/140g.
