Clams are a fantastic addition to seafood dishes and offer the wonderful flavour of the seaside. Our frozen clams are cleaned and then frozen, ready to eat once steamed. Serve them alone, as an accompaniment to other fish or to add flavour to other dishes. Clams work wonderfully with a variety of flavours–from Mediterranean and Thai, to the rich and robust such as cream and garlic. Each bag is 1kg in weight.
