Instructions for Fried Chicken: Take 1 cups flour & whisk in about 1/4 cup of 11 Secret Herbs & Spices. Mix together 1/2 cup buttermilk & 1 egg. 3 – 4 pieces chicken. Oil for frying. Add chicken to buttermilk, soak for 20 mins. Shake off excess & dredge in flour/seasoning mix. Let rest for 30 mins. Fry in oil till done and drain on paper towel. BURGER & FRY SEASONING: Great on burgers and fries, but try it on salads, chicken, ham too. Delicious! Directions: Sprinkle seasoning on burgers before cooking. Cook burgers to desired doneness. Add more seasoning if desired after cooking. Add to French Fries before and/or after cooking for great flavor!
