Black tea is the classic and traditional tea that many of us are familiar with, whether it’s black or green tea, it comes from the same bush, the Cammelia Sinensis tea bush. From this plant, only the tea leaves are used. The black tea is produced by oxygenating, drying, heat treating and re-drying the leaves. It is during this process that the tea gets its characteristic black color, great taste and aroma.
