Description As you know, Lobster prices are ever changing with availability and weather. They’ve held their rate with a low of £31/kg this year, and will reach £45-50/kg (estimate) at Christmas time. Estimate prices given are using £38/kg mid November with a 600g Lobster around £23. At Christmas that same lobster may well be £29 . We source Native lobster wherever possible, however between December and March, Canadian Lobster is the likely variety we can source – This includes Christmas orders.
